Callontime sells various products such IP phones, cordless phones, phone cards, cell phone, wireless refill cards and electronics. You can return or request for cancellation for any VoIP equipment or electronics, cell phone for any reason within 7 days of the item received. You have to ship the products back us with your own cost. All sales on mobile top ups are final when it is successful.

If you plan to return any item, please email us for RMA. Without RMA, returns will not be accepted. A minimum of 15% restocking fee will be charged based on the product returned. There will be no returns for phone cards, wireless refill cards unless verified to be defective.
